libemail-mime-createhtml-perl software package provides multipart HTML email builder, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libemail-mime-createhtml-perl
libemail-mime-createhtml-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libemail-mime-createhtml-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libemail-mime-createhtml-perl *
You will get with libemail-mime-createhtml-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
